We want you to be completely satisfied with your AlstonBlack purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return
How to Return
- Email us at feedbackline@alstonblack.com with your order number
- We will provide return shipping instructions within 2 business days
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us
- Refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
